Energy boosting smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 Frozen Bananas (pre slice before you freeze)
- 2 Cups of cooled Chia tea
- 25g Rolled Oats
- 1-2 tsp chopped Ginger root
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Honey
Instructions
- This smoothie is a much healthier take on a Chai Latte, it has the same caffeine boost without all the sugar and diary that can slow you down, there is also the added bonus of the turmeric’s anti inflammatory properties.
